Wonderbox boxes

INFORMATION


  • Boxes with meals included are not accepted.
  • Wonderbox boxes are only valid for double or twin rooms (1st and 2nd floor of the hotel).

For superior rooms (direct garden access) or family rooms, a supplement will be requested.

  • Depending on certain times of the year, a supplement ranging from €40 to €50 will be requested in addition to your box:
  • From February 2 to 3
  • From May 8 to 12
  • No reservations possible on May 17 and 18


  • From July 5 to August 31: no box set on Fridays and Saturdays in July and August.

For other days, a supplement of €40 to €50 will be requested.


  • Reservations for Wonberbox boxes are only possible by telephone (no reservations validated by email)

CONDITIONS OF SALE OR CANCELLATION


THE RESERVATION :

  • Wonderbox Box reservations will only be made by telephone.
  • Sending the Photo or Scan copy of the gift voucher is mandatory to validate the reservation
  • On arrival, the gift voucher must be presented, otherwise the reservation will have to be paid in full by the customer.


CANCELLATION:

  • No cancellation of stay via a box is possible (unless medical advice is presented).
  • If you wish to cancel the reservation, it must be postponed to a later date (depending on the validity of the gift voucher).
  • D-2: the cancellation is completely refused or postponed and the gift voucher will be cashed.
